I used some of last week's produce in the following two dishes:

Michelle: I love to eat, laugh and think. I love my family fiercely. Even more than cold watermelon, and that's a lot. We've recently moved from Dallas to the Hill Country. I've gone from working part time with one kid to staying home with two kids to working full time with two kids and and am now back to staying home with two kids. For someone who doesn't really like chaos, I seem to invite it in often.
