- Trader Joe's veggie meatballs
- Boca Chik'n nuggets

- Meat (lately it's the Hormel Nitrite Free Turkey) and Cheese
- Brown Rice (she likes it plain)
- Scrambled Eggs with cheese

- Hummus with tortillas or cracker for dipping
